As our local affiliate groups and CFI branches have started to reopen in the wake of the pandemic, many have recognized the widespread success of online programming and have either continued to utilize virtual spaces, or have provided hybrid options where in-person events can be joined remotely via live streaming platforms. In either case, offering digital access to your events can be a great tool to engage your audience and expand your reach. However, if not executed well, it can also turn people away.
